Magnolia Springs Community Hall offers many reasons to host your next event with us. Entertain your family, host your friends, or hold your reception in a unique, historic atmosphere. 

    Hall Size: 30 x 50 feet (approx. 1500 sq. ft.)

    Accommodations for a Sit-down event with tables & chairs  - 100 occupants

    Accommodations for a standing reception – 214 occupants

    Available for use:  10 – 60 inch round tables, 4 - 8 foot tables and 70 straight back chairs, slightly padded

    Accessible to persons with disabilities

    Smoke-free environment

    Two unisex bathrooms

    Warming kitchen

    Alcohol may be served by purchasing an  insurance policy for the event. 

    Rental fee based on number of hours of use, including set-up time. 

    Rental deposit and cleaning fee required.
